TERMS AND CONDITIONS

YobelPrize provides a variety of services related to travel, photography, videography and content creation. These services include but are not limited to:

• Sharing personal travel experiences and professional insights through blogs, vlogs, and social media posts.
• Organizing photography trips, workshops, and guided tours for enthusiasts and professionals.
• Selling high-quality photographic prints, presets, and related digital products.
• Reviewing and promoting photography gear, software, and third-party brands.

Organized Tours & Workshops

• To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.
• Final payment is due no later than 60 days before the trip start date.
• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the trip start date will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
• Cancellations between 30 and 90 days before the trip start date are eligible for a 50% refund minus the deposit.
• No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before the trip start date. Credit toward a future trip may be offered at YobelPrize’s discretion.

Digital Products (Presets, Courses, Prints, Etc.)

• All digital products are non-refundable once purchased due to the instant access nature of the content.

Paid Offsite / Onsite Projects (Event Shoots)

• The quoted price does not cover any unforeseen expenses or additional services that may arise before, during, or after the event. Any additional services or requirements not covered in agreed-upon package will be charged separately. Client is responsible for any venue-related costs or permits required for photography. A detailed final invoice will be provided post-event, covering any additional services and expenses rendered.
• Additional Services (not included in agreed-upon quote):
  • Additional Editing Requests: Charged at $150.00 per hour. Includes any requests beyond the initial round of post-event editing.
  • Additional On-Site Time: If more coverage is needed on the day of the event, charged at $300.00 per hour.
  • Additional Transportation: If additional transportation costs occur related to event activities beyond the expected roundtrip to and from event venue.
  • Additional Equipment or Photographer(s): If any additional equipment or photographers are required. Customer will be notified prior for consent.Payments and cancellations
• Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 14 days notice: Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking with more than 14 days notice prior to the event at no additional cost.
  • 7 to 14 days notice: For cancellations or rescheduling made 7 to 14 days before the event, a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • Less than 7 days notice: Cancellations or changes made with less than 7 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
  • In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as severe weather or other unforeseeable events that could impact the scheduled service, the policy may be relaxed at the discretion of Yobelprize. Clients are encouraged to communicate any potential issues as early as possible to facilitate rescheduling or partial refunds where applicable.
  • Please note, this policy helps us allocate our resources efficiently and ensures that we can offer the best service to all our clients. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy.

General Cancellation Policy:

To cancel or request a refund, please contact info@yobelprize.com with your purchase reference and reason for cancellation. Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
